Bring Your Child to Work Day

Today, I went to Bring Your Child to Work day with my Dad.  We drove to his school and then I went into the classroom and played on the ipad.  I helped hand out mail in homeroom.  With his psychology class, we did a review sheet.  Then we did a Mad Lib with the class.  Third period, we cooked chocolate chip cookies.  The cookies were delcious but a little hot.  Thank you to Mr. Nick and Ms. Stacey who helped Ruth, Luke and Mason.  This has been a special awesome day.  Thank you to all my new friends.

Shane's Charity Idea

After his schools Halloween parade, Shane had an idea.  This idea came because his friend was wearing a box as a part of his costume.  His friend was dressed as BMO.

He went to talk the schools secretary and then the Principal.  His parents had NO idea what he was up to that day.  In fact, they got nervous when they heard he had a meeting with the Principal.  As Shane says, I just thought of it.  He asked to have people donate stuff.  The stuff they collected would go to people who needed it.   The principal said it was a deal.  The school had already planned a drive but the administration is allowing Shane to have a role in it.  His classmates and he will meet after lunch this week to make posters.  They would love to get cans, bottles, boxes or gift cards from you!

Friday is FINALLY THE POSTER DAY!

Receiving the stuff will be a nice surprise for the people who need it.

People should give because it is nice to share!

Yellow Belt

Yellow Belt.  I could not believe my eyes.  I was expecting to get a striped yellow belt.  Instead, I got the adult yellow belt because I am going to the big kids class.  I still hear Mr. Tony calling my name, having a yellow belt makes me proud.  Mimi, Pop, Gannon and I went out for ice cream to Friendly's - it was yummy!!

The movie was very good.  I really liked it how it was scary at times.  Mike Wazowski was the main character.  He had a good buddy named Sully.  Sully has hot pink dots.

Flag Football

This weekend, I had a flag football game.  Sadly, the Bengals lost to the Saints.  During the game, I had 3 tackles.  I know you are surprised but next week my goal is to get 5 tackles.

Ski Trip

I did awesome on the thick snow.  It was tough skiing but I did my best!

My favorite video game is Batman Lego 2.  I decided this because I like all the different guys and vehicles.  I use codes too!
